Tangled Up In Blue

Most travelers to New Zealand's South Island choose to either visit the center of the island to see Mount Cook OR they travel to the West Coast to see the glaciers.  It just doesn't make sense to do both with limited time given the lack of road options connecting the two areas.  But all we have is time.
